So quick bonus question correction: Even though they used to play in Kansas City, Missouri (the larger of the two KCs that anchors that metro area) and the Royals and Chiefs currently play on the Missouri side of the state line, Sporting KC’s current home stadium is in Kansas City, Kansas so there’s actually four teams that don’t share states/provinces with NHL teams

Hey Z! That bonus question should have included Sporting Kansas City! Unlike the other KC sports teams, SKC plays on the Kansas side of the Kansas-Missouri border. Easy to miss because everyone in Missouri is so proud to have two major cities lol (said as a proud Missourian)

My quiz topic request would be for a quiz about hockey equipment: sticks, tape, pads, mouth guards, skates, player quirks, and the Equipment Managers who make it all happen. Given how crazy people are just about how they tape their sticks, there is probably enough out there for a series of quizzes on equipment-related stuff.

The reason Capital One Arena has Mandarin on the sign is because the arena is located in DC’s China town! A lot of the signs outside of the arena have both english and Mandarin!

Lovely jersey, Marissa! The only logo the Blades should use. I grew up 15 min west of Saskatoon, but for some reason was a Broncos fan. But I remember going to Blades' games as a kid and watching the legend, Norm Maracle, backstopping those Blades teams of the 90's!
