    You are a true gem and such a gift to women! I am 6 months postpartum with baby #2. I am a sahm and we don’t have extra income to spend on programs right now. I am so grateful to your videos. I did SO many when I was pregnant in my third trimester. When I was in the newborn stage we used your videos with my ballet loving toddler to keep her busy while I was nursing. Words cannot express my gratitude towards you and your channel. God bless!!❤

    You are the best on the internet ❤thanks for sharing so much and for the way you teach. I had my kid 3 years ago and did not notice I had diastasis recti until I really had time for myself and found you online. Doctors and friends could not help me. You just saved me. Thanks 🙏🏽 from the bottom of my heart. With my busy schedule working full time I find it super easy to follow your quick videos whenever I have a moment in the week. Thousand thanks from Germany!

  • @smaao
    @smaao 7 месяцев назад +1

    When the doctor said you needed surgery to close the gap, how long did it take you to heal naturally?

    • @PregnancyandPostpartumTV
      @PregnancyandPostpartumTV  7 месяцев назад +7

      Because I was starting late (not at 6 weeks postpartum) it took longer to heal. After daily exercises I started to see improvement by a month. Most of the healing was done in a few months, but I continued to see more flattening as time continued.

    Hi, I have purchased your core healing program, thank you for these awesome videos! Can you please tell if I can wear my abdominal belt while doing these workouts? Also I notice my lower abs come in as I exhale, but I cannot hold it in and it comes back out. Will I worsen the ab separation if breathing is not correct?

    • @PregnancyandPostpartumTV
      @PregnancyandPostpartumTV  6 месяцев назад

      Hi Anushka! I hope you love the program. Yes, you can wear your abdominal belt for the exercises to start with but, still engage your core and overtime build up enough strength to do the exercises without. Your abs will naturally come out again as you breath in (but as long as you don't push them out, it won't do more harm).

      Great video. I understand it’s not safe to do other exercises while healing the DR. How would someone keep their legs and arms toned during the healing process?
