Plus, every time they gave us a raise, they increased the length of the school day, as well and the school year which ate up that fake raise. Oh, as well as Union dues for a union who did nothing to help us out. Closed shop too, so we had no choice as to whether or not we wanted to join. They weren't the type you hear about all of the time who did things to protect the employees, be it right or wrong.
