quirky squared- I remember seeing Bowie saying that his lyrics just sounded good together, that they had no meaning and that, in fact, he would sometimes just take words and phrases written on strips of paper and organize these random words into lyrics that people would find amazing meaning in- well, Why's lyrics seem baffling and strange and tasty, kind of like the jalapeno bagel I had at the coffee bean this morning,
I think the Eskimo Snow lineup is my favorite of all of the changes this group has done. Of course every iteration is excellent in it's own way, but having Broder and Ericson (both from Fog) were awesome additions.
@gemini12775 I KNOW! I anxiously await another Fog album... Ditherer was a landmark... and their previous work was really good too... But I appreciate his production on Alopecia and Eskimo Snow...
@lizikakizil Eskimo Snow was released September (22nd, I think) 2009. I searched extensively for plans of a new album, but all I could find was an article from earlier in the year that briefly mentioned Why? was headed back to the studio in May. No news since then, hopefully since they are busy with a new album. Hopefully we hear more soon :D
