I bought one of these bikes, I can highly recommend it. The other bonus is you can easilly get into the engineering section by pressing the + and - buttons together, scroll to the speed limiter and up it to the motor maximum. It can then average about 20 mph, which is about right for this sort of bike. ( Where permitted obviously ). It is very good for the money.
@@onemanandhiswhippetthanks . I am very tempted to buy one of these. It was a complaint by one RUclipsr . The only other doubt I have is if there is a problem customer support is poor. Did you ever get the rear rack that was missing from your box
Hi there I didn’t get the rack but there again I didn’t go back to them and ask for it a very good friend of mine got this bike of me and he’s not had any problems and loves it I think the only way you can guarantee good customer service is if you buy it direct from a shop and you can go back in the shop and face them but that does cost more 👍
@phililpb I got the rack with it free from the company. Haven't fitted it though, prefer the lighter weight and put a back pack on when required. Excellent bike. Very pleased with mine and I am sure you would be as well. If you ride correctly with the balls of your feet over the pedal axle, your feet will never touch the front mudguard as mine haven't and i am 6 foot tall, with size 11 feet. I have however touched the rear kick stand, with my heel but if you are careful you learn and don't do it any more.
I have one, but it was defective out of the box. it has never moved from my garage. Customer service from Heybike is laughable, therefore attempting warranty claim. Be warned.
