    Good job on your saw!
    You got that built quick, that looks like a sturdy clutch, they are nice to have, especially when starting and warming up the motor. I’m surprised you cut all that without a keyway in the shaft to hold the pulley from slipping.
    You should get years of use out of your new saw.
    With owning a sawmill too, I end up with a lot of off cuts, I built a U shaped cradle to put all my sawmill scrap wood into then I take my chain saw and cut it into firewood, it works okay but I do need to improve my design. Good job on the saw!
    I’m looking forward to seeing more of your bandsaw videos when the snow melts!

      Hey, thanks for the reply. Im currently starting to build out my car garage, so im pretty busy right now, im not sure i have time to go to the forest and gather some logs for the mill.

    it's called keyway key---- the semi-circular half-moon shape type are called woodruff keys.
