Aloha ! Chinese will eat anything it seems. The Braised Turtle Stew is interesting but I don't know I will ever eat it. It scares me honestly. I love the fried pig intestines though. It looks crunchy and delicious. Thank you for sharing the video. Mahalo!

燜水魚呀，不久前回打巴在一間叫食之味的飯店叫一份燜水魚（一份RM35），份量不小可是調味上略淡

@@Nick_catman 口味上見仁見智，我個人則是強記。年初三去金城吃飯時親戚叫一份竹枝羊腩煲，口味也是屬於較淡，加上紅蘿蔔、扁豆等材料但是羊腩本身羶味十足
水魚真的不敢吃呢😅，雖然聽說很滋補。我睇电视聽過水魚是很凶的動物，如果被咬到，要待打雷才鬆口的😮。琵琶鴨真的多年沒見過。以前d燒臘店都有賣的，因為它外形扁扁的，就是將隻鴨butterfly左，再醃然後燒。印象中，口味上同燒鸭是有分別的，但太多年冇食過了，所以都唔太記得係咩味！

又真係好"橋", 昨天才說很久沒見過燒臘檔的琵琶鴨, 今日在西環居然見到一檔燒臘檔掛左一隻喺度. 睇價錢, 好似係HK$148一隻, 貴過燒鴨HK$10. 由於只是經過, 所以無買來懷緬一下.
