Red gets kicked out the game and and can lead to a fine or some judiciary punishment after the game, yellow is out of the game for 10 min (I think) and your team plays with 1 less player on the field till the player that got yellowed comes back on, you can sometimes have 2 or more players yellowed but it’s very rare

In rugby, a Yellow Card is 10min and a Red Card the player is ejected from the game.
