Chatbots do not have the capability of making a call directly. However, Kore.ai chatbot has 26+ channel integrations which would further allow for a call integration through their channels but is restrictive to the same social channel at the other end as well. Eg: Skype, Facebook Messenger
Can a 6 years old child answer this more clever? Why just search Google or clients website to get the same information? The key is link/connect and allow the user get valuable data from the clients or company not the one like this. Chatbot's makers need to wait in movement until these Bot platform can offer the right and mature solutions.
