Get a t4 merchant which unlocks the wandering merchant trust me it’s worth it make sure It has good traits as well

It's better to upgrade a agent. You can turn common into uncommon

@@MrGillPlays does only agent or merchant can have gate open succes or can any noble have it im trying to get 30-40% its dificult with 2 members trying to get it

I thought open gate was an AGENT TRAIT - but merchant, explorer could also have it as something to upgrade.

I feel like you should have put the level 2 gear on your champion battalions, max strength where you can instead of spreading it thin
