I agree with you though, why not just set up refill stations in some stores, which cost money, depending on the refill amount, like gas stations.

Refill does not come with a sprayer, and no, u can not buy empty bottle.
Refill is designed so that when you use up your first bottle, you fill it with a refill in order to save money and reduce waste.

Yes but in a good way. It will cause the maturation process to begin, which takes like 3 months, but most brands do this for you, but some don’t, and shelf life should be like 5-10 years i believe.
