I remember when me and a bunch of other students met in the Sorting Hallway to trigger an uprising and a professor gave us a spell but it wasn't an offensive one, then an admin came in and dragged one of us out with noclip and a physgun.

Yeah, please be careful playing on that server. They hid a lot of predatory shit last year all because the one responsible made custom models for the server, and they're playing it off as it never happened despite people coming forward. A few of my friends actually got banned permanently because they would mention that they were being severely targeted by them and how they hide the whole issue. Not to mention, I haven't been back there since September of last year, and the staff is different, but the standards are always the same. SBS is actually short for Such Bull Shit, not Star By Star lol

notice how it's all females that are staff on this server? It's pretty obvious the owner wants a girlfriend.
I know this comment was posted 2 months ago as I'm typing this but either way it has to be said. I even played on that shit hole of a server at some point and some of their loyal players in there are just full of rhetoric and dramatic involved tendencies in their forums which is part of the problem. Biggest issues besides the petty teenage based vendetta that server is withholding, is that there was pedophiles playing on that server. There's people on there who had a major role with developing the content for the server such as playermodels for custom jobs, the map and even more which turned out those same people were doing some shady things. I made a few crappy videos pointing out some flaws in their logic but it's very meme-like. The last video with that whole fiasco was me providing an actual argument without having to have as much memes, before the early stages when it involved attacking their community with earlier videos. I wouldn't know for sure if those predators have been handled throughout their staff. The owner himself known as "Guy" wouldn't care how much of a ruckus this one thread in the forums was causing when the subject was approached about what was happening behind the scenes, the known developer who helped the owner was known as "odin" who was then outed with actual evidence in which how they were conducting in repulsive predatory behavior.
Let me make it clear that I am in no way advertising the server, just shedding light on what has happened in the past for that server in particular and raising awareness. As it can still be happening with certain predators working in secrecy targeting underaged players. Most of those people would be giving away certain roles such as VIP, playermodels and other content of that nature towards the underaged players in order to groom them. It's an anecdote really, the owner and others in that same server call it a "donation" when clearly they're paying for something in return; it's already lost it's definition if people are purchasing for something specific. Heck you can even try to report this copyright towards the people in charge of intellectual property for using this type of content if you really wanted to.
Yet as I continue my side of the story feel free whatever you like to believe, but my videos are still there. I understand how shitty yet meme like the videos are in fashion but they still make a point. You can still read the comments those people from the community had to respond in meaningless retorts, remarks, insults and other wisecrack fallacious responses they could ever come up with. It proves how much their egos were shaken up as they felt the need to be involved. If you ever visit their forums and if you check out some of the comments some individuals in particular will try to formulate an argumentation believing that what's most important is that they believe a Garry's Mod server is the only thing worth existing in their lives.
Also your comment does have some validity, I reached out to someone who I used to play with in the past and apparently this seems like it could very well be the case.
@@xDomglmao Ok so I did leave a reply but it looks like youtube ghost banned my comment for what type of words I used, must be a list of those banned words you're not allowed to use.
Anywho, my point being is that for the game Garry's Mod, it almost seems like that game is inching closely to it's deathbed. I could be entirely wrong on that notion just basing my perspective on it, but even if the game is still very much alive 5 years in the future or so; it's inevitable you'll see a really toxic environment let alone SBS's community being part of the hogwarts RP aspect of the game.
There's instances where I've heard controversial irrefutable scenarios in which certain females exchange nudes in order to become a moderator/admin for the server. Well that and it was explained on what other immoral acts my other comment states what happens in those types of communities.
It's quite sad seeing that some people from the age range of 20 or 30 keep such petty teenage vendettas acting like they're still in highschool having their groups talking crap against one another as if all that matters for existing in the world; is caring so much about a garry's mod server or dimwitted dramatic outbursts.
It's most likely they're this way because of lack of parental guidance.
