    Air has a powerful arm, with a quick release. He’ll probably do well somewhere.

    That's a bummer 😕 In my dynasty on NCAA 25, Sayin transferred and Air led us to back to back titles 😢 oh well lol

    The differences between the NFL and CFB are slowly disappearing and I'm growing quite dissatisfied with this new era. On one hand I agree that these players should have some agency and be able to profit from their abilities as adults but on the other hand commitments don't matter anymore and anyone can go at any time. How do we, as fans, get excited about any commitment anymore when they can just up and leave at any point? The next step should be multi-year contracts or else this is only going to get worse and there will be no such thing as stability without the money to pay for it year by year.
    I realize that the transfer acquisition of Julian Sayin is likely what brought this particular transfer on and while I like seeing OSU bring in good players it still just doesn't sit right with me but I guess I'm just an old man that misses the way it used to be so now it just doesn't feel like college football to me anymore. Oh well, guess I'll fire up NCAA 14 and relive what used to be a beautiful sport that was about honor, pageantry, commitment, and facing hard competition to become a better person instead of money and the easiest path to the field.
    At any rate, good luck to you Air. I sincerely hope you find what you're looking for and that you have a successful football journey.

    I was hoping that Air would be QB1 at Ohio State, Julian Sayin better be great or it is going to be a black mark on Day as a quarterback developer.

      What an ignorant comment, He didn't think he was good enough to beat out Sayin or St; Clair

    • @Andy-AJC72
      @Andy-AJC72 2 часа назад

      Clearly Sayin is better than Air. Lincoln might stick around another year, Sayin, Lincoln, and St. Clair is a good room. Probably need another journeyman. If Lincoln leaves, definitely need a backup transfer.

    It would be nice to respect the choices of young men regarding their careers. Who are we to question their motives and needs? Bad-mouthing them only degrades OSU, not the young men.

    So what now, we go out and get another trash QB from the portal. If Day could develop QBs we'd have Nolan, Sayin, and Kienholz. Getting ready for the playoffs. Howard hasn't showed me squat. I don't know what's worse, his running or his passing, both cost us games. It's pathetic.

    I dont think its because the "room" is so deep but maybe they see a coach that cant beat their rival or cant make their conference championship in as many years.....with aalllll that "talent". What would you do? Ride the pine and watch your team under perform or get embarrassed or go to a team that will use you and have your chance at actually winning games that matter? Other coaches have no problems getting results and coaching up, Ryan Day SUCKS!
