Old Building? Not exactly easily controlled central lighting... Especially like the one switch behind the shelf.

I believe it was constructed in the later part of the 1800s and served most of it's life as a shoe shank factory. American Shoe Shank Co. - the sign still hangs in our "office" section. Several additions and then later chopped up rentable spaces. Original electrical is dead, but all the boxes still exist. Our wood shop area basically runs on two circuits, which we only seem to trip if we run the powder coating oven + a sander. Mill and lathe are on a separate feed.
This area of Massachusetts was booming with tanneries and boot/shoe manufacturing back in the day. And closer to the coast (Quincy, Weymouth, Hingham)was ship yards.

LOL - the next video I watched was the latest on @wayoutwest-workshopstuff6299 (YT usually hides/blocks URLs so I'm not putting in the link) Kind of a different class of drum from what you guys build!! 😅

RUclips keeps doing me dirty. It's supposed to play the prior video from the channel, the best suited video from the channel, or the selected playlist (depending on end card option).
