Sandaconda Coil set has an alternative variant, which is more offensively threating in exchange for survivability. Since it learns Scale Shot, you could slap Loaded Dice to give it reliable Dragon attack that increases Speed, Loaded Dice also works on Rock Blast for coverage against Flying and Bug types; and you won't need to rely on luck as much. That set's problem is that it sacrifices bulk for Speed, and you may need more than one Scale Shot to have Sandaconda be acceptably fast, and also it becomes extra vulnerable to special attackers. But hey, it's a possibility worthy of considering. Also, on another note... did you really used that Trick Room buster Nosepass? I mean, it has its' uses, and did some things, but... it's still hilarious.
