I’m wondering when these barriers will be replaced. They’re in good condition, but they could replace the barrier boxes and keep these barrier arms, or put new barrier arms on and leave the barrier boxes as they are.
I know. Well, you might have heard about the Glasgow - Aberdeen Line being electrified over the next 7 years. It would be sad to see this crossing, Errol, Longforgan and Barry West be replaced with modern but boring crossings.

@@Traingenix Obviously it would be electrified, but if they were to replace the old equipment, they could at least re-use the alarms and barrier arms…
