Thanks for showing how to use the Kilrock product! I bought one of them today and the directions for use on the packet are terrible! I’m no idiot, but they do not take into account the second packet of crystals when describing things which made it really confusing. You showed exactly how to do it 👏 Thank you!

I lived on Narrowboat Lindisfarne as a young girl at Foxton and around about.
I bought one of these in wilko (2.50) . I'm a engineer and I could not work out how to bloody fill it. Thanks to this vid I've done it. Btw if you wake up in the morning and there is no condensation it means your dead 🤔

Silica gel cat litter works really well too, and you can buy it cheap from places like B&M . You can also re-use the silica gel by heating it up in a pan until it change’s back to its original colour.

Take care with those moisture traps (dehumidifiers) The liquid which you end up with is corrosive and if it leaks onto furnishings or decorative surfaces it will damage them. The ones with the spare refill are more likely to spill!
@goinghomesomeday1 unfortunately it will kill your soil and stick around for a long time and spread. Not a good idea to use it for weeds.
I have a couple of those kill rocks in the bedroom. 3 GSDs all huffing at you all night causes a wee bit of condensation in the winter! They're pretty good. I use one of those refills every 3-4 weeks.

my moisture trap is leaking outside the container not in the plastic box, looks like the crystals block the edges of the container or something.did you have similar issue?

Hi can use salt in dehumifers when Crystal's have run out and is salt effective in killing mold and mold spores I have mold in a bedroom i use dehumifers in my bedroom
