If anyone ever looking for a job. Look into working at small implement dealer. It’s probably the most fun job I’ve ever had working. Then also it family owned. The wife takes care of Human Resources,the dad or owner still sells, son does all the marketing and I help with selling, cousin to the dad also does sales. Overall, I feel blessed, and love my job.
Small Dealerships are dead and gone now. Was in a Family owned John Deere dealership when it WAS CLOSED In 2009. Sold to company that had 8 stores and Didnt Know JACK SHIT.
Great technology, John Deer no one compitetor in technology, nothing adv technology like John Deer.. so many future in this..13 to 15 silent futures...wow!

moundridge Kansas would have been the oldest dealer if John Deere hadn't closed down.We charted 1897. With 300stochholders. Now Deere can't take away a dealership with just cause.
The JD dealers near me in England are total arseholes not interested one bit ? If it wasn't for Steiner tractor parts i wouldn't of been able to restore my A ,I will never have another John Deere if you paid me .
Although not a green guy, a great family dealership is worth it's weight in gold! This is a great story, keep up the good work!
