I tried this recipe and it turned out really good. Thank you for your detailed instructions. It helped a lot. Some additions that I made : I included some jaggery and some lemon at the end. I reduced the quantity of salt since we are used to low salt intake.

Meine yeh achaar banaya hain aur bahut accha bana. Mujhe apni favourite doodh aur khichdi ke saath amla ka achar best option laga.. Doodh ke saath amla hi aise khatti cheez hai jo as per ayurveda hum kha sakte hain. Thanks Kabita for this wonderful recipe!
