@@thingo461 If you play a string instrument (such as viola), you'll find that putting more weight on the bow will make a "heavier" sound. I think that's what he was talking about.
The heaviness is the phrasing here and maybe even the tempo choices. This operatic material from classical period operas, where the phrasing style would be lighter.

Lol i don't mean to insult but her playing isn't technically perfect. She made a quite large mistake before the allegro non troppo but recovered well

@@jaydenkim Thank you. I played violin and I was able to make heavier or darker sound using the technique you mentioned.
