Spring or Stream fed pools such as this, are ideal sources or drinking water and bathing water for birds and wildlife, because the water is constantly being exchanged with fresh water, reducing chances of diseases being transmitted, that so often happens with stagnant pools, bird baths, etc. Thank you for sharing this most enjoyable and educational video.
I love this! The spring water must be so refreshing. So far I am seeing the same birds and mammals that we have here in west central Georgia, but to see them this close is a treat. If only a pileated woodpecker would show up! Thank you for the narration, too.
This is wonderful, so peaceful and relaxing. I love that you included the time stamps for each species in the description. I enjoyed seeing the beautiful birds, nature and change of seasons. Well done, thank you.
Thing I find really interesting is the Carolina Chickadee in this video. I've heard that Black Capped and Carolina Chickadees have ranges that are close to each other but don't quite overlap, and they stay in those ranges, so you can go from one part of a state to another and you will only see Black Capped in one part and Carolina in the other.
Both Chickadees actually overlap in the Great Smoky Mountains and southern Appalachains and may hybridize making an ID in these parts really difficult sometimes. BB
Just great. And how about that campark? I've been trying out a few brands and the t80 is the only one i've tried that won't trigger if a blade of grass happens to twitch slightly.
