As someone who has attempted the backwards talking dwarf voice from Twin Peaks, I can honestly say that you have to be very precise when recording backwards to sound the same forwards. My attempt was close but missed on a few words. I actually did hear Spider-Man if that had been said by someone with marbles in their mouth. Great video. I laughed out loud several times.
