All the Churches, forts around Mumbai, Goa, Diu and Daman, Mangalore etc were built by the Portuguese even the villas are built with the Portuguese architecture which is prevalent in coastal areas and with the village and greenery makes it feels like Goa.

If you ever visit again to Vasai please do check out the rajodi and rangaon beach, try to reach there through gaas road and don't miss the local bbq chicken just out side rajodi beach if you guys a veg I would recommend to try patti samosa at Nirmal market it comes on the way to rajodi beach.
