He’s constantly hyping up his members - this is the man who BAWLED when Minho and Felix were eliminated, who simply took responsibility and wanted forgiveness when they returned, who is just constantly in the corner squealing and hugging himself while shooting fond heart eyes at his members and encouraging them 24/7. Even before they’ve debuted Chan has made sure to establish an incredible bond with his members and convince them beyond a doubt that they, specifically, have been chosen BY HIM. Stray Kids are gonna be huge, mark my words - they’re already amazingly successful as it is, even before they’ve debuted. But I’d argue that they’ve already made it because of Bang Chan being the cohesiveness, chemistry, and bond of their group, something many groups don’t develop for years and that will give them the power to really just barrel through the industry like a damn friendship freight train. !!

I've never been more confident in my choice of stanning this group the minute I discovered them. You can tell how much the members and STAYs mean to him because of how fondly he talks about them. The courage he must've had to have been training for 7 years. Surely most people would lose hope, but he continued fighting for his dream as an artist, but most importantly his want to spread positive messages to the whole world through his lyrics. I've never 'met' anybody as inspiring as Chan during my 17 years on this earth, and I wish I could truly thank him in person for all him and Stray Kids have done for me. Anny's World Yeah, it's understandable to feel down given their long training periods. You're right, it's just the way society works but it's also human nature to dwell on the negatives rather than the positives. I can have 50 things going right and it wouldn't matter much because 1 thing is clearly going wrong and that's all I could focus on. I suffer from depression, anxiety, and OCD. I also have other health issues so it's tough to be optimistic. At least I have a reason to keep going and I'm happy that it's the same for Chan. The entertainment industry is really harsh. Not only that, the leader role is extremely difficult. I pray that he'll continue to be strong and keep trying to achieve his goals by doing things that he's passionate about (making music, inspiring others, etc.). 🙏🏼

I was waiting for a video ever since they won the Rookie award (am so proud 😭😭 ). For some reason watching him cry and say those words makes me feel really satisfied cuz I know that he is now comfortable enough to say these things to his members and to us stays, knowing that they and we love and care about him. He is already on one of the most impactful leaders I have ever seen in a rookie group and pretty soon the whole Kpop world will know it too.

I started stanning Stray Kids because of him. I saw his smile, and I instantly fell in love. He is the most genuine, selfless, kind, nobel man out there. He puts his members before him and sacrifices his sleep and dangers his health, just so his members are okay and that stays are happy. He has worked so hard. To train for such a long time, to watch all his friends debut but not him, must have been so hard yet that never put him down, only encouraging him to do more. Chris is not like other idols. Other idols debut in the first months, don't work as hard or are sometimes lazy and don't put their all into a performance. I'm so thankful that I've gotten into stray kids this year and it was probably one of the best things that happened to me in 2018. I love them so much because they made me believe in living again. They made me realize how beautiful the world is despite all the difficulties and struggles. They really inspired me a lot through their music. I just love my boys so much especially Bang Chan. I wish them all the success and the best things that life has to offer.
I don't cry easy, but when I first saw the MAMA Vlive, I didn't even need subtitles to tear up when Chan started crying. I broke down crying when he said “I know some people have harder times” and I don’t want this comment to be about how sucky my mental and physical health is, but they’ve helped me more than I could ever imagine. One story I like to tell really... makes me think. So I have asthma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and derealisation(all diagnosed) this one day it was harder to breathe and I was getting sick. I ignored it, i was in a depressive episode and I wanted to die to be completely honest. I didn’t want to live anymore. The second day it got worse. It didn’t help that all my friends were brushing it off as anxiety. That made the whole situation worse. I was panicked because no matter what I said they thought it was anxiety; which for anyone who has anxiety would know it makes you anxious when you can’t control something. The third day it was even worse to the point where I couldn’t speak. I could hear the wheeze deep inside me and I would see black spots if I took a deeper breath. The only way I could live somewhat normal was if I took shallow breaths. All of my friends still claimed it was anxiety which made me infuriated. I tried to stay away from them every possibility i could. After gym I went to math, and my ig friends were wondering if I was okay so I put on my story what was happening. My two best internet friends who I love with all my heart messaged me to call 911 (this is our emergency number if anyone reading this is from somewhere else) one of those people got me into stray kids and I’m forever thankful for her. She’s helped me through so much. More than my irl friends would ever be able to. During math I started to have an anxiety attack. I knew if it escalated, it would be fatal. Asthma tightens your lungs, makes you can’t breathe, and sometimes because of less oxygen intake makes you grow weary and see things and get a lil loopy. Anxiety makes you overboard alert, your vision goes blurry, you can’t breathe, sweaty but cold hands, and worse. People have been hospitalised by both. Because of my friends, i knew I had to live for them. I shakily asked the teacher to go to the nurses office. Once I was there, the nurse also said it was just anxiety. This made me so frustrated, and I started to breathe heavily so she heard my wheezes, it also almost made me pass out. She forced me to look for my inhaler and i freaked out even more because I couldn’t find it. I couldn’t let my anxiety rupture, and she didn’t have one for me. I asked myself how I could help myself, since no one else was. I can help my anxiety calm down, I thought. I started watching videos with Felixs calm and deep voice, and how he acts and his “serenity” his funny behaviour made me a bit happier. I then continued on to watch the kids together, and I calmed down enough to where my asthma was the only thing in control. My mom wasn’t picking up the phone calls because she was handling patients and things. Once she did she immediately flew over. The hospital near us wouldn’t take me as a patient so I went to my actual hospital. She said if I came even a minute later I would’ve died. I think it’s safe to say, *Stray kids saved my life* Also the countless times they mentally saved me from *TW* suicide... I cannot thank them enough

I've never been more confident in my choice of stanning this group the minute I discovered them. Chan is such a selfless leader and puts other's needs before his which is truly hard to find these days. You can tell how much the members and STAYs mean to him because of how fondly he talks about them. The courage he must've had to have been training for 7 years. Surely most people would lose hope, but he continued fighting for his dream as an artist, but most importantly his want to spread positive messages to the whole world through his lyrics. I've never 'met' anybody as inspiring as Chan during my 17 years on this earth, and I wish I could truly thank him in person for all him and Stray Kids have done for me. I will love them forever and ever. ♡

You're right, it's just the way society works but it's also human nature to dwell on the negatives rather than the positives. I can have 50 things going right and it wouldn't matter much because 1 thing is clearly going wrong and that's all I could focus on. I suffer from depression, anxiety, and OCD. I also have other health issues so it's tough to be optimistic. At least I have a reason to keep going and I'm happy that it's the same for Chan. The entertainment industry is really harsh. Not only that, the leader role is extremely difficult. I pray that he'll continue to be strong and keep trying to achieve his goals by doing things that he's passionate about (making music, inspiring others, etc.). 🙏🏼

I started stanning Stray Kids because of him. I saw his smile, and I instantly fell in love. He is the most genuine, selfless, kind, nobel man out there. He puts his members before him and sacrifices his sleep and dangers his health, just so his members are okay and that stays are happy. He has worked so hard. To train for such a long time, to watch all his friends debut but not him, must have been so hard yet that never put him down, only encouraging him to do more. Chris is not like other idols. Other idols debut in the first months, don't work as hard or are sometimes lazy and don't put their all into a performance. I'm so thankful that I've gotten into stray kids this year and it was probably one of the best things that happened to me in 2018. I love them so much because they made me believe in living again. They made me realize how beautiful the world is despite all the difficulties and struggles. They really inspired me a lot through their music. I just love my boys so much especially Bang Chan. I wish them all the success and the best things that life has to offer.

I broke down crying when he said “I know some people have harder times” and I don’t want this comment to be about how sucky my mental and physical health is, but they’ve helped me more than I could ever imagine. One story I like to tell really... makes me think.
So I have asthma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and derealisation(all diagnosed) this one day it was harder to breathe and I was getting sick. I ignored it, i was in a depressive episode and I wanted to die to be completely honest. I didn’t want to live anymore. The second day it got worse. It didn’t help that all my friends were brushing it off as anxiety. That made the whole situation worse. I was panicked because no matter what I said they thought it was anxiety; which for anyone who has anxiety would know it makes you anxious when you can’t control something. The third day it was even worse to the point where I couldn’t speak. I could hear the wheeze deep inside me and I would see black spots if I took a deeper breath. The only way I could live somewhat normal was if I took shallow breaths. All of my friends still claimed it was anxiety which made me infuriated. I tried to stay away from them every possibility i could. After gym I went to math, and my ig friends were wondering if I was okay so I put on my story what was happening. My two best internet friends who I love with all my heart messaged me to call 911 (this is our emergency number if anyone reading this is from somewhere else) one of those people got me into stray kids and I’m forever thankful for her. She’s helped me through so much. More than my irl friends would ever be able to. During math I started to have an anxiety attack. I knew if it escalated, it would be fatal. Asthma tightens your lungs, makes you can’t breathe, and sometimes because of less oxygen intake makes you grow weary and see things and get a lil loopy. Anxiety makes you overboard alert, your vision goes blurry, you can’t breathe, sweaty but cold hands, and worse. People have been hospitalised by both. Because of my friends, i knew I had to live for them. I shakily asked the teacher to go to the nurses office. Once I was there, the nurse also said it was just anxiety. This made me so frustrated, and I started to breathe heavily so she heard my wheezes, it also almost made me pass out. She forced me to look for my inhaler and i freaked out even more because I couldn’t find it. I couldn’t let my anxiety rupture, and she didn’t have one for me. I asked myself how I could help myself, since no one else was. I can help my anxiety calm down, I thought. I started watching videos with Felixs calm and deep voice, and how he acts and his “serenity” his funny behaviour made me a bit happier. I then continued on to watch the kids together, and I calmed down enough to where my asthma was the only thing in control. My mom wasn’t picking up the phone calls because she was handling patients and things. Once she did she immediately flew over. The hospital near us wouldn’t take me as a patient so I went to my actual hospital. She said if I came even a minute later I would’ve died.
I think it’s safe to say,

Also the countless times they mentally saved me from *TW* suicide... I cannot thank them enough

He's such an amazing person and he works so hard. Chan really deserves the best he's so inspirational and i love him so much!! I'm glad he has finally been able to debut like this with a group of wonderful people he's picked himself, creating his own meaningful music
