Long term only concept will remain same, frameworks always have a life and they get outdated soon. focus on core concepts - DOM , JS core and Advance JS Object concepts, programming patterns, MVC, design patterns. React is a hot selling skill right now - so no harm in using it (don't have to become React Master ) . In work, you will be asked to work on various frameworks, no one guarantees that only ReactJS work will be given to you in future. Most developers get frustrated when asked to work on a new tech. Early in career don't be expert of any particular tech, learn everything which is basic.

Using Obsidian notes maker which uses simple Markdown. Also it uses mermaid JS for charts and diagrams. you can export later in PDF or HTML as output
