Hello I was wondering if you maybe could do a Playlist of the 6 first forms of Chang Quan long fist? I live in Sweden and would have not Wushu in my city I would appreciate it very much thank you

I get how the backward crane beaks in empty stance can be used as a release movement...using the narrow base of empty stance and a backward rotation of the hip coupled with possibly a crunching action of the rib cage? But I'm missing the fine details of the demonstration. Can anyone translate?
