I hope he's living in heaven with Leonard. My other favorite scene was of Spock playing Methuselah's piano. Hey, A guy who loves cats and piano is my type of man!
There is a set of Mr. Spock ears in the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum. The genuine Enterprise model that was used in the show is right inside the door. Mr. Spock was my hero when I was a kid. Still is.

One thing I learned from this clandestine interaction is that nothing happens in the physical world unless we are willing to make it happen. I guarantee you, it is TOTALLY up to us.
