I was able to determine that the one I ordered did not have any way to mount the TSS sensor so sent it back before wasting any more time. Now I'm searching for one that will work and I keep referring to your video for images to make sure the new one will be compatible. 2021 1794 Edition.

@@matthewmorris3997 I don’t have an individual part number. On eBay a Toyota dealer sells the TRD Sport grille which is what I started with. It was the only way to get a OE factory painted grille and upper bulge. If the surround is available it will be an unpainted part like body shops purchase.

I’ve done a lot of videos on deleting the chrome on this Tundra check them out. As for the grille insert? I would just search for “tundra grille insert” since it is aftermarket they can’t say TRD Pro. Thanks for watching.
I may do this, except delete or cut out the 'Toyota' logo. And then replace the empty logo area with a very high quality LED strip. Like they did for the latest Tundras and Tacomas, mounted ON the grille.
How in the world were u able to get those 2 circle clips to help secure the garnish in the new grill. I’m struggling to get them all the way down on the tabs

I like it. It's made by BED RUG and thick enough to kneel on so you don't hurt your knees. They are washable and come in different variations and prices. As for cargo, it might move a little with spirited driving but not much, everything pretty much stays put. Thanks for commenting. amzn.to/3ic1clU
I would go to Empyr Offroad's website and see what the specs are for that year. Other than the TSS part of the grille I think the Inserts have remained the same, but research what fits before ordering. Thanks for commenting.
Sadly, your listed provider cannot sell these grills due to possible Toyota trademark infringement. I have a 2019 TRD SR-5 with the huge chrome frame surrounding the grill. My only choice is the Toyota dealership. The only good thing is that I can pay shop price instead of retail price. It’s still a huge cost for the colored frame, Toyota insert and the acrylic piece of the TSS. Total is slightly over $800.00….🤦🏻♂️

Be careful those plastic tabs are brittle.
the chintzy cover for the tss opening has very poor connectivity. I drilled a small hole and ziptied it.

I used a long socket. If they still won't budge try some lite oil. Once they are on they won't come off.

WOW, interesting. I'm sure the grille is not an exact copy. The letters shipped separately, so I don't know about those.

I did not, but if the directions to an OE grille install say to, I would recommend it.

My first grille was silver surround sport grille to replace the chrome thing. Then the insert. I’m sure there is a supplier, I’ll do some searching.
