Time for Race Karts. :) TBH, there's so much variance from Kart to Kart in fun karts that you could be driving worse but yet go half a second quicker. Just 1 additional horsepower can make a huge difference or better power under the curve or better condition/better tire can change everything or (and this is true) took a big dump in the morning and are 2 kilos lighter. All this adds up to faster lap time especially when there are no rules or weight limits in karting. That's why I like the race karts only as you have a fixed base to work from (your own kart) and a set of rules which everyone has to operate under. So if you improve, its very likely that its yourself who has become a better driver. But thats at the beginning and later as you get more experienced, lap time matters less and less and less.
i feel like race karts are such a huge jump from fun karts so i'm still shitting my pants whenever i hop into one 💀. trying some happy 4 stroke naked karts in the meantime to build my confidence 🙏🙏
Do you usually use the brakes or is it mainly throttle input my PB was 1.01.58 but I can't seem to break it hahaha not all corners cannot makan the apex ah
I have been to this track 3 times but every time when I went, there were very few people. Even the sutera mall outlet was just my friend and I racing. May I ask what the best time is to visit RUD Medini to have the most people racing. Are there a lot of people on a Friday evening/night?
This track Thursday - Sunday night a lot people. I don’t like the weekend tho. that time I go it was so packed can’t even try for best lap time. Fun overtaking people tho.
Tbh, better to gather more friends and race each other instead of racing strangers, I went there last 2 weeks on a Saturday night and a fight broke out. But actually it's a hit and miss tho, went there last Wednesday night and there's a lot of people too xD.

brakes for a lot of the sharper corners! Ya some you have to go in halfway not all the way to apex because the ground is rough there 🤷♂️

I see some of the tight turns you are drifting. Do you lock the rear or just throttle and steering to make the kart drift?
hey man, I use the brakes to slightly lock the rear for rotation 🙃

The kart conditions change almost everyday bro, tell the staff you’re trying to go for a hot lap and they usually give you the faster ones
