NEW Epcot Passholder Lounge & Crazy Dining Experience for Mom's Birthday Dinner at Coral Reef

- After celebrating the 35th anniversary of Disney's Hollywood Studios we took the Disney Skyliner and park hopped over to Epcot for a birthday dinner at Epcot's Coral Reef restaurant for my Mom! We love this restaurant and had an incredible meal, the atmosphere is usually very relaxed however on this day we had a bit of a crazy dining experience with some guests that were actually asked to leave the restaurant! We road our favorite ride Living with the Land and then headed into World Showcase to check out the New passholder lounge that is in the Morocco Pavilion back in the old Restaurant Marrakesh. The Disney annual passholder lounge was set up last year in the Land Pavilion and I love the new location this year, there is a lot more space and they have themed it so well! We got a cute Disney pass holder button as well as free snacks, water and even a moroccan mint tea! They also had a Disney character meet and greet set up were you could meet genie who is a rare character meet and greet!

My travel interests also go beyond the Disney Parks, I love vlogging my cruise vacations and trips to all-inclusive resorts!
I am from Pennsylvania and grew up in a small town outside of Philadelphia. My dream is to soon relocate to the Orlando area and live near Disney!

Took my wife and 4 daughters to Marrakesh 2013 I believe. Great meal and yes all the girls got to belly dance. We had a blast. Thanks for the vlog - classy as always.
We had a similar experience at Steakhouse 71. A huge family sat at a table right next to us were SO loud and having a party with their 1 year old, clapping and singing loudly. Everyone in the restaurant was staring. They thought they were the only people there. Fortunately we were almost done! Food was amazing as always there 😊

I am sorry yall had to put up with loud and rude guests during your meal. Mom and I ate at the Plaza Restaurant at Magic Kingdom a lot 1 time a family sat behind us and the father was on his phone talking at the top of his lungs and everybody heard his conversations. What a nice perk for passholders to be able to get out of the heat and cool off in the air. As always Meg another Awesome vlog!!😊

We’ve never been to Cafe Marikesh so that was really neat to be able to see inside! Also, where is the Coral Reef restaurant at Epcot? We’ve heard of it but have no clue where to find it!

Actually, we did have a parent that was very rude to his teenage daughters for no reason. This happened in 2022 at ragland road in Disney springs. He wouldn't let there daughters eat.
Sorry you had to experience a wild Karen! Thankfully, I've never encountered one in my many Disney trips, though I've heard stories of friends who have. It makes me sad because acting like that goes against every value and moral that Disney ever taught me through their stories, characters, movies, and general magic. Anyone who insists on spreading negativity does not understand Disney at all and should not be going to the parks.
We went yesterday it was pathetic! A cup of water and Chex mix and peanuts were all they were offering. Do they know how many kids are allergic to peanuts how clueless Disney is. Had to stand in line and be inspected by like four CMs to get into this old dingy space that smelled and was filthy. Never again, do better Disney!
