      @@airbnbgirllaura i have 2 beach cottages and absolutely no desire to do any more airbnb.... it is annoying & it is not as profitable as people make it out to be .... i own both outright - no mortgages & very low expenses... people with mortgages & high expenses i think they are lying about their profits...lots of lying on line. people fake wealth all the time....

      @@gurrrrlish Yeah, at the end of the day, you have to set up the business that works for your goals and your life. Having just the two AirBnbs and wanting to keep more profit is a model that would make sense to clean it yourself. But you also said it's annoying - would be curious to know why. Is it the guests or the management process you find annoying? Something else? Agreed that a lot of people boast about returns. That's why I publish receipts. Can't remember which recent video of mine I showed screenshots of my AirBnb payouts.
