১ চা চামচ নুন / 1 tsp salt
১ চা চামচ ভিনিগার / 1 tsp vinegar
৪ টি মাঝারি মাপের পেঁয়াজ / 4 ea medium size onion
২ চা চামচ তেল / 2 tsp oil
৪ টি কাঁচা লঙ্কা / 4 ea green chilis
১০-১২ টি ভিজিয়ে রাখা কাজু / 10-12 ea soaked kaju nuts
স্বাদমতো নুন / salt to taste
জল / Water

গোলমরিচ গুঁড়ো / pinch of black pepper powder
১ চা চামচ তেল / 1 tsp oil
২ চা চামচ মাখন / 2 tsp butter

৫- ৬ টি লবঙ্গ / 5-6 ea long
৫-৭ টি এলাচ / 5-7 ea cardamom
২ টি দারুচিনি / 2 ea cinnamon stick
