  • First established in 1905, Seoul's Gwangjang Market is considered the oldest continually functioning food market in South Korea. It’s one of those places that has withstood the test of time, and been passed down through generations. If you want to try the best that Korean street food has to offer, this is where you go.

      Azumi the fillings are different, there's meat or kimchi. Think of these like Chinese dumplings or Japanese gyoza, just Korean style

      I'm incapable of telling if you're being serious. I'm not vegan or vegetarian or butthurt... but I do think it's cruel to cut octopie alive. I understand that it's "tradition", but that doesn't justify cruelty in my opinion. I haven't been able to find a good source about how painful this process is for the animal. As far as I know they are presumed to be very sensitive. I also wonder if they kill the animal first, because that would be fine? But I have seen many videos where they just cut off the arms as it is.

      korean, to me, got this distinct tone that everyone uses. theres always this formal broadcasting (i mean like when theyre explaining stuff/narating/stuff? like how the lady spoke at the beginning here? idk. my english is a mess, sorry) tone, the informal tone, or the angry tone ("are you crazy↗?!"). these tones are what i always notice when i listen imo

    • @Panda-xd5ey
      @Panda-xd5ey 6 лет назад +1

      I'm learning Korean and to me the language can require a lot of tongue-rolling at times. And depending on the person, he/she might speak with a thick nasal voice (I've been hearing this more in girls).
      Edit: I like how logical and straightforward the language is.

    • @yuzulemonmikan
      @yuzulemonmikan 6 лет назад +3

It isn't processed, nor is it pork so I assume it is incredibly safer to eat. I'd love to try it someday, but isn't there still a risk of getting food posioning from eating raw meat?
