Wanted to know more about carpet and rug making so that this trade can be introduce to the Caribbean in an effort to create more employment. This method looks simple, but is it outstanding and attractive in the end. I need to learn more I guess. . . .

@@Dirk_Rauscher today I bought a wool yarn but not the best quality. The result was good. It managed to cut the yarn. I think this gun is not for acrylic yarns.
@@pokemondelisi749 I have encountered the same. Acrylic it haaates to cut, I'm gonna try a couple of troubleshooting options, but I do think it needs wool. Even my decent scissors can't cut the acrylic well without it being pulled taut. I ordered a regular machine to put this acrylic pile to use, lol
@@Loop985 The air compressor is in another building. I think he's hearing the air blowing out of the front of the needle, but I wouldn't describe it as "grinding" so a little confused by the comment.
what is the difference between this one and the cheapest ones (275$)

Did you try hofmann one? Which one is easier to use and control? Thanks
Do you need an air compressor for this?
Yes you need an air compressor. We now have high pile machines that don't need an air compressors. Check our website to order
What kind of backing is that? And also once the rug is done, I’d there anything else you have to do to the back?
Does this machine make loops as well?
For AK-3 gun how do you switch from loop to cut? vise versa. cut to loop? Thanks so much in advance
We sell a detailed video on how to make the changes and use this machine. Please send an email to support@tufttheworld.com
@@tufttheworld you sell a video to learn how to use the device? Greedy.

What’s with that grinding noise doesn’t sound like that’s supposed to happen
not sure which noise you're describing, but this is a perfectly working machine
I think you're hearing the air compressor that is needed to use this machine.

@@tufttheworld Oh I see I must of thought the sound coming out of the needle was the compressor. I get it. Yeah I didn't hear any grinding either.
