Itto’s EN VA is very talented! He can so easily capture the personality of the character he is voicing and does it so incredibly well!! All voice actors for all languages are very good at capturing their character’s personality, but Itto’s EN voice has got to be one of my favorites.
Raiden's VA Yae Miko's VA Yelan's VA Albedo's VA Zhongli's VA Mona's VA Shenhe's VA Chongyun's VA Lisa's VA Yunjin's VA And many more characters have fantastic EN voices.

The reason why itto VA was able to make his character come to life is the fact that he knows what it's like to be a man with no braincells and is basically having fun. An actor who is having fun with their roles is an actor who can perform better. It applies to even the most serious of takes. While the other VA's where having fun with their roles, they are still doing their jobs and sometimes they have to follow the rules. But if your character is simply to you and the director is say "go off, but stay in character" (that's the jits of it. He isn't really going of scrip here. In this case you can tell he was) they us going to be more leeway. The perks of having a chaotic character with a fun personality.

Best personality, no particular order: Itto : Gigachad, stupid big brother Yoimiya: She feels the most genuine, like she actually cares about others' feeling Venti: Magical functioning-alcoholic femboy Klee: OP airhead anime little girl who is also terrorist Hutao: Being oblivious about death is hilariously relatable Yae: Better be prepared for war talking to me Shenhe: Feels original to her fascinating lore
Hu Tao is not oblivious to death. She actually understands death better than most people and accepts it as part of life. It's just the way she tries to make other people accept deaths that don't work well.
The only Genshin character that can make me crack up so hard I'm crying just from listening to his lines. Itto is that friend you want around just to get a laugh from listening to him talk. Never a dull moment with this guy.

Itto’s VA also voices Ryuji from persona 5, and he essentially uses the exact same voice for both which makes it even better because they’re so similar personality wise. Ryuji is one of my favorite characters from P5 so when I heard itto’s voice for the first time I was so excited. Still haven’t summoned him yet tho
I bet Itto's voice actor really enjoyed dubbing Itto. It seems so funny. Amazing voiceover, the best in the game so far. It sounds so natural, and it fits the character
I play Genshin in JP dub ever since the beginning but when Itto was released, it just struck me in the heart. I remember playing this quest, when I saw Itto from afar, I immediately switched to EN before starting the quest. God, he's EN voice is such a masterpiece.
