I think,it should be based on credit system and not on years system.Universities with A+ or A++ NAAC accredited,BSc 3 yes are almost treated equal to 4 yrs bachelor.And PG diploma is above bachelor level means at master level, therefore it should considered or UGC should proved explanation if not.I see in India Diploma 10+3,is treated equal to BSc 12+3,how this is possible only because it's technical,BSc is also a Scientific discipline study so why it is given less value,or better UGC should make it 4 years as well because completing BSc in three years is very tough.

The educational field is fully saturated. Even after doing NET / SET and PhD degree of no use. Faculties are paid nuts. There is a huge demand and supply gap where in supply enormously exceeds demand. I would recommend that after graduation you should join corporates. Because you will have an excellent Career ahead with handsome pay.
