I am sorry to just hear now, that Barbara Ess passed away. May The Good Lord Grant Her Eternal Life, by His Grace. Y Pants was an original band, making great use of toy instruments, and good minimalism, that still sounded interesting. And still does. I have their records, and am glad they got on you tube. I saw them live, at around 3:00am, in 1980, in New York City. Quite an experience !
