Shannon & Craig ~ A Joyful Boston Wedding at St. Leonards and the Boston Harbor Hotel in Boston, MA

Shannon and Craig met on Hinge four years ago while Shannon was a senior at Boston College and had moved home to finish classes remotely. Craig at the time was living in Boston for work. Their first date was at the Warehouse Bar and Grill and after dinner they walked along the water hoping to catch the sunset. While they might have missed the sunset they did have their first kiss. After their first date they began to see each other as much as they could. When Shannon moved back to Boston at the end of the summer, they two enjoyed quality time together while the world was shut down by the pandemic.
For the ceremony, the two chose the incredible and historic St Leonards Church in the North End. Bride and groom skipped a first look in order to enjoy first seeing each other on their wedding day when Shannon came down the aisle to Craig at the church. For the celebration it had to be the Boston Harbor Hotel. One magical detail that cant go unmentioned is that Shannon and Craig had their first messages on Hinge on June 8, 2020. When the two called the Boston Harbor Hotel for available dates, one of the only ones left was, you guessed it, June 8. The two were married 4 years to the day that they originally connected. Not only that, but that first kiss on that first date by the water, it was right in front of the Boston Harbor Hotel.
Shannon and Craig, thank you for making us part of your magical, “written in the stars” , wedding! It was our pleasure to be with you and capture your absolutely lovely day. Wishing you both even more magic in the years to come!
