seems like it would have been better if we did not need conservation ... but then again history repeats it self.. we kill out the folks we do not like and kill out exotic animals. then years later we come with our wealth and start a project to save a hundred or more animals and come on TV to say we are philantropic... There was no need to kill them out in the first place

I think there is nothing to thank people for.
First, people destroyed nature, and now they are saving what can still be saved.
Why are people so cruel, when they are talking about the Gorillas in Rwanda, keep your thoughts to yourself when this about helping the Gorillas, if you don't like her then don't watch her, she is a good person, what have you done to help any Animals or maybe a homeless person, practice what you preach, what makes you a perfect person because no one is perfect are you perfect

When I think of Rwanda, I think of the genocide of more than 800,000 people who were killed (tutsus) when militias made up mainly of members of Rwanda’s Hutu ethnic group turned on their Tutsi neighbours. And the consequences of this brutal violence is to see now as well.
