Benefits of Salat Al Duha /Ishraq :
Can be prayed from 15 minutes after sunrise to 15 minutes before Dhuhr
1. Sadaqa / charity / gratitude for all joints of body
2. Salat Awwabeen, is like constantly repenting
3. Abu Huraira said he was given advice by His Best friend ( Prophet ﷺ )about 3 things to be persistent
a)fast 3 days every month
b)Pray Salat duha
c)Never go to sleep without praying witr
4. Equal to reward of Haj/ umrah if pray fajr in jammaa and stay in place of worship till sun rises and prays 2 rakat
5 . Hadith Qudsi:( pray in beginning of the day 4 rakat and I will suffice for you)

Thank yu my brother, for the reminder, Jazakallah khair we know all this but sleep takes over as soon as we sit after Fajr for dhikr... sleep of the after Fajr is so dense, pillow is easily available for we women, I pray Allaah takes away our sleep and grant us the privilege of performing extra Salaah and gain all the Ajr prescribed...Aameeen
