Steroids cause connective tissue issues, usually around the ribs and the back. Same thing happens to a lot of NFL players. I also don't care if he is or isn't on roids, he played hurt and hit 40.
I've noticed Trout hit those low & outside pitches for HRs too. The swing looks effortless compared to the results. I think Trout's swing is just so perfect that when he does connect with low & away pitches, it's the perfect extension of his arms generating extra power, and not any extra effort on Trout's part.
Mike Trout's 490 footer was the longest home run of the season not hit at Coors Field. There should be separate categories: Long homers at Coors; long homers everywhere else!
I am particularly impressived Mr.Schwarber's Home run. Let me take an opportunity congratulations NL-Home run King,Mr.Schwarber !! Mr.Buxton , Gorgeous. Mr.Trout, Beautiful. Mr.Alverez, Powerful. Thank you all player and video, I am happy 💞
I remember when willie stargell of the Pittsburgh pirates hit a homer in center field the ball went to where me and my brother was sitting on the 3rd deck of 3 rivers stadium back in the 70s
Stargell had the longest home run in the Phillies old Veterans Stadium. I remember being a kid and wondering why one seat in the 600 level had a star with a six on it inside a circle. It was where Stargell's homer landed. They changed the color of the circle when he passed.
I thought the trout hr in Texas, the Brandon drury in Arizona and for sure the McMahon hr at coors were clearly not as far as they were estimated. Especially since yelich went a level above and it was only 4 feet further. The trout hr at Oakland was a bomb though
Because Denver is a mile above sea level, the air is thinner, which means there's less resistance. Denver has about 15% less air resistance than a city at sea level - that means fewer molecules for that baseball to go through.
@Corey I like your predictions but what if Verlander leaves? And I think Astros will have a better record than last season or the same, but overall I agree with your predictions 👍
The Rockies have a hard time getting quality pitching to sign with them... not only are they a small market club, they have the most hitter friendly park in the country.
Makes me miss playing ball with my boy's and Holden telling me my last pitch was off, Declan asking for"real pitches", sheesh. So, I bought a pitching machine, mom win! Declan could break bones with his crack on a ball. Ruthless talent. But he is a better scientist.
That Drury one at about 2 minutes it was a little off, I think. The wall said 374 and there is no way it made it 100 feet past that. That thing was most likely closer to 410 to maybe 430. Then you look at the Alvarez homer @ about 3 minutes and it's only a foot longer. The wall said 362 and it flew so much further than the Drury one. I know it's estimated, but the Drury one is estimated way, way off.
3:24 I don't believe the estimated distances are right. There's no way that ball lands 100 feet beyond the wall. Maybe the estimate is how far it would have gone if it went all the way to field level, not how far from home plate to where it hit the stands.
I am particularly impressived Mr.Schwarbers Home run. Let me take an opportunity congratulations NL home run King,Mr.Schwarber !! Mr.Buxton, Gorgeos. Mr.Trout, Beautiful. Mr.Alvarez, Powerful. Thank you all player and video, I am happy❤
Killer homers, but more proof that exit velocity is a useless stat. The 504ft dinger, had a slower exit velocity than one at 468. A homerun is a homerun is a homerun.
Crazy that Trout had an injured season again and still hit 40.
@@Nubin.szn5 schwarber hit 53 including the postseason homers he got
@@Nubin.szn5 that made zero sense
The first one
I told ppl if he didn’t get injured he could have matched judge for the record. They were 1 for 1 the entire szn till he got injured
He8s just ridiculous
Mike trout playing a shortened season with a degenerative back disease and still hitting 40 is insane.
Steroids cause connective tissue issues, usually around the ribs and the back. Same thing happens to a lot of NFL players. I also don't care if he is or isn't on roids, he played hurt and hit 40.
@@grahamwalden2867 interesting!
Crazy how Trout hit that homer low and away and still crushed it. Shows how good of a player he is being able to hit a pitch like that
@Corey no

@Corey well verlander is on the mets so i dont know how hed win a game for the astros
@Corey how would may be the losing pitcher if pena hits the walkoff homerun?
Schwarber homer against San Diego was crazy.
I never see a ball going up there before in San Diego.

@@henbert0681 seriously. Ive seen many home runs hit at Petco and none would even dare to go up to the second deck in right

Huge bombs. Got to love baseball. Was fun to watch. Great video
40 HR’s in 119 games, Trout is the best player in baseball
Yordan murdered that ball 😃
Homers are such a relief for the fans of the team. I love watching home runs, especially the one Alvarez hit on World Series Game 6.
fax doe
Trout injured but still hits 40 he’s the best player rn
@Corey Bold to assume the Dodgers won't choke before making it to the World Series LOL
Trout can just hit the ball man

Denber is crazy! Oh my!
The half of homers are made in there

So basically we should have the HR derby in Colorado every year
Trout still King
love how most are in coors field lmao
as they say, its never over at coors field.
Coors field should have a separate list of longest home runs
Its just Mike Trout and Coors lol. Could you imagine if he played for the Rockies instead.
Yordans was crazy. Definitely sealed the deal for the Astros to win the World Series

There is a reason we call him Air Yordan! 🔥🤘🔥 #LeveledUp
Not surprised to see a lot of them in Coors Field
Yelich just needs to do that same thing 50 times in a season and he will be bing chilling.
Coors Field MVP, undoubtedly
The schwarber one was the most clutch
The camera pan on the Cron moonshot is wild 😂
I wish this video included The last home run of Alvarez 3 home run game, and that home run vs the Athletics was a 2 home run game

Longest home runs of 2022 (with special guest coors field)
Could you imagine a World Series game at Coors Field😱? Homers after homers

That higher altitude in Denver just loves to send dingers further. 😏
Go Astros Air Yordan is one of the best pure hitters in the game
The Jesus Sanchez homerun cracks me up cause he swung like a kid in little league trying to hit the ball as hard as they can
when trout hits 490 and there’s still 3 minutes left in the video
Mike Trout is him
They couldn’t add one foot for Christan?!!!???
imagine if we had players with crazy power like Soler and Stanton playing with the rockies.
The camera man did a great job tracking that CJ Cron bomb at the end
How is Schwarber’s hit in the NCLS against the Padres not on this list?
Those flights were more enjoyable than Spirit Airlines.

The Coors field compilation
Walkers home run looked so much further than drurys but it somehow was less
AIR YORDAN!!!
Almost every home run was in Colorado 😂 I wonder how many judge would hit if he played for the Rockies
You didn’t add Luis Roberts 485 foot homer over the green monster.
