Will have to watch this later. I had tickets to the Melbourne show, but got sick that week and had to miss out.

I can't wait to see uta live. They really do sound amazing. I was....... Horribly disappointed with powerwolf live.

@@jonathanbrightwell272 i got tickets to one of the NA shows in September only because UTA is opening for them haha I hope they get an extended opening set though since it’s only them and powerwolf

@@FermentedBigMac oh man I hope so too. It sucks cause powerwolf is fun band. Their music is great for driving, which I do A LOT of for work. But God. I had never heard them live before. It was depressing. Their bassist tired to engage with the audience a lot. I'll give them that. He was putting in the work.

@@jonathanbrightwell272 I don't get the Powerwolf hype honestly no offense to any fans. Only heard a few songs but they just weren't on UTA level to me. More like Nightwish, simple riffs and such. Not my bag.

They're the best man. True professionals who you can tell work really hard to have the live performances sound as close to the studio stuff as possible spite being really technical. Now for the love of the gods if they could just hire someone to get better audio recordings of their live shows they'd totally level up!

I was standing in front of the sou.d desk and could not hear any of Andrew's playing with clarity because of crap acoustics in this venue. Thankfully this recording has captured him.

Unfortunately there are few places where complete acoustic clarity and separation exists particularly when dealing with arrangements containing extreme vocal ranges. Brittany introduces an element that needs maximum clarity in as many different spatial areas possible. As far as the audio on this live capture it is shockingly good. I'm surprised at how that's even possible.

@@badbat01 You are right. I noticed there were no amps on stage, only foldback so this would have helped too. The shape of the ceiling was the main culprit so being closer to the source would have sounded better
