- With the title, I mean that, unfortunately, I was diagnosed with a mental illness due to stress and anxiety that I have never been able to control throughout my life. It has always been unnecessary stress and anxiety on my part because I always worry too much about everything. I overthink things a lot, and when I manage to let go of those thoughts and things that happen to me, I start thinking the same way again, like in a vicious circle. This has been going on for more than 3 years, and obviously, it was going to explode at some point...
I have been in treatment for over a month now, and I am already improving. This is the reason why I haven't been uploading videos lately.

The races you will see in the video are the few I was able to record, and although they are not as 'epic' as I would like, with many mishaps and eventually making a comeback, they are fine, I think 😅

I understand you because i'm always over thinking things and sometimes for days which is not healthy. I also recently lost my job because there was barely any work to do for months now so they save up money on me.
But life goes on so i have to find another job and so on.
Always look the bright side of things in which case i can learn now things that's maybe will be even better for me.

😔Recién me estoy enterando de esta situación. Está bien que nos cuentes para liberar y expresarte como te sentís. A todos nos sucede en mayor o menor grado cosas como el estrés ansiedad o depresión así que no tienes nada de que avergonzarte. Para evitar pensamientos negativos simplemente hago algo saludable que disfrute hacer como tocar un instrumento músical, o pasear con amigos de confianza así se me va cualquier tipo de preocupacion. No conozco la situación exacta ni soy profesional pero para evitar sobrepensar una de las soluciones es no darle importancia excesiva pero a veces al evitarlo o reprimir para algunas personas puede volver el pensamiento. Cuando se sobrepiensa solo dejalo liberar llendo a pasear a algún parque por ejemplo o reconociendo que pensamientos te edifican para bien y no dejarte esclavizar por críticas o cosas del pasado que te impidan seguir adelante. Te mando abrazo 250crash250 y espero que sigas bien dando lo mejor (sin sobreexigirte) y disfrutando haciendo contenido de crash.
