You know this isn't really a fair comparison. Thor would quite literally oneshot the entirety of Spider-Man's rogues gallery. Put Spider-Man against Thanos and I'm sure he'd struggle even more than the Avengers do.
The voice of Electro here, Thomas F. Wilson, was also Biff in Back to the Future and Flats the Flounder in SpongeBob. He's done way more, but those are the most iconic of his, in my opinion.

I think wesker one was like wheel of time or something i don’t remember. If you mean in this game the boss theme with hammer head is probably the best aside from this one.
