- A rude customer walked into a fragrance shop to get a refund for a perfume he claimed to be fake.
The poor and confused salesgirl had no option but to give the heated man his money back from her own wallet.
Was the perfume really fake or was the customer just a freeloader?

This was a dream come true. I hate "Karens" that post fake bad reviews to get free meals at restaurants that I love. Some of them even go as far as post complaints at restaurants on the day that they are closed, so it is obvious that the complaint is bogus. I loved that the laydy said her name was Miss Payback. I also love Mr Himars in your other videos. Such tribute and obvious names. I felt as good as the sales clerks in this video and celebrate their triumph. Thank you for the uplifting and satisfying video, I feel sorry for the actor that played the "Karen." It must be trying on his psyche to play villains all the time and sometimes unintelligent villians. But he does it so well. Excellent video and production DramatizeMe!!!

Crazy thing is such incident does happen and I would say often. Though I've never personally dealt with guests like this before, I know and heard from a few colleagues who had. That's the thing that they hate the most in their job, getting cheated, taken advantage of and still having to deal with their nonsense behavior. Such scammers should be exposed and have justice served to them.

Great video Karma takes no prisoners some people call it Providence or divine intervention but no bad deed goes unpunished and no good deed goes unrewarded it's just a matter of time and I like how at the end "Miss Payback" lovely Name by the way was counting those dollar bills implying that she stole back the money he coerced out of her friend and at the end they were rewarded with free champagne somebody once said "You catch more Flies with Honey than with Vinegar" it means you get more from people by being kind and flattering than mean or vindictive

"The customer is always right", or to use the full phrase, "The customer is always right in matters of taste", does _NOT_ mean "Assume what the customer says is correct, and treat them like royalty, and if they want something, they get it, no questions asked".
What it _REALLY_ means, is "You cannot tell a customer what he or she wants".
If you go to a store, and ask for something, and a salesperson tells you that "you don't want that", _THIS_ is where "the customer is always right" comes into play.

This jank (I'm gonna IGNORE the watch /free food scam part as it has NO bearing on my decsision as a cop) 8:00 At that point, as a cop, I'd have thought it'd VERY VERY OBVIOUS that they set him up, I'f let him go, as he didn't mean to steal it, and even with those ladies denying it, I would still let him walk free, because 2 wrongs DON'T make a right!

If that cunning, entitled customer [Oliver] believes that the "customers are always right", then let's see him run someone's business/shop, since he makes it seem AND sound like as if their job is so easy. In reality, it's clearly not as easy it looks. I swear, Oliver was such a freaking snake that could get away with anything for freebies. I'm glad the 2 women from the perfume shop got their ultimately sweet revenge on Oliver for scamming: "fake perfume", "cockroach in seafood", and "free bottle of alcohol". That serves him right for making such a scam, for justice has been brought.

I find it funny just how gullible this man was.
Isn’t it illegal to induce someone into committing a crime, such as tricking someone into stealing booze from the bar in a restaurant?
Alway treat the waitresses, whoever is serving you with respect. The customer is not always right. Sometimes, they complain just for money and take advantage of those working in customer service.
