My heart is broken. He never did right by me. I learned that it's better to cut my losses and move on. He hurt me by stabbing me in the back. I healed myself without his help. He didn't apologize, didn't explain why he betrayed me the whole time. I've never got closure from him. He broke me and left me to die. Now he wants me back, I have nothing to offer to him anymore, he sucked me dry.
But I refuse to be a victim.
I was always honest, I never judged him. He might have resented me for being honest but I always prefer to tell the truth. He didn't appreciate it at that time. Sooner or later the truth comes out, the best thing is to tell the truth always. He lied to me, cheated on me, betrayed me.

It's my brother :( he didn't support me when I was looking after our old grandmother and he's been always telling me all things wrong with me and it used to trigger me so much. One day he told me that I was toxic for getting upset with him for not helping me with our gradma and it just hit me. It was all a lie. This resonates tremendously. My cousin or I should rather say both of my cousins have been going thru a lot. As each day passes, their family is being torn apart. Their father was just buried not too long ago and the mother has dementia real bad. The one cousin is living with another women and is not divorced yet from his previous wife, which I don't approve of. My other cousin was the caregiver to both of her parents. She tried her best working a full time job and then trying to taking care of her parents at her parents home. Her daughter would try to help out as she was attending college as well. A lot on her plate. In the past, she would call me up around midnight and talk for hours, just like she would use to do with my mother. We are all night owls. Lol! Things got worse for her after she was hospitalized in December. Her brother put their mother in a retirement home which she did not want to do. Basically, it started to get real petty between the brother and sister. Anything that relates to money was now the root of the matter now. Both of them had concerns of inheritance. The brother was accusing the sister of being on drugs and not taking care and feeding the parents. I made unexpected visits to see the parents and my cousin and her daughter were there. She was doing what she said she was doing. After her mother was put into the home by her brother because she was hospitalized for an illness, she's became distant to I. Before if she would call or if I would call, we would pick up the phone or respond within a short amount of time. Then, it became 3 or 4 days later before she would respond. She did ask me for a favor. She was short on bills at the end of the month due to being hospitalized. I get that. She offered to pay me back if I would loan her some money. I told her no need. I gave her $150.00 and told her that she didn't need to pay me back. Use that money to take care of your bills at the end of the month. I also let her know that this was for one time only. Everybody has cut back because of the economy. I told her for the next month, find a way to balance things out. If there are things that need to be cut out, do so. It was a little bit of tough love, but you got to take responsibility to bring yourself up and I know it is easier said than done sometimes. About a week after her father had passed, I called and texted her to see how she is doing, but no response. I called her brother, we talked for about less than a minute. His phone died. Right. He managed to text me back that message. Lol! I'm leaving them both alone for now. I was always a good listener for her as she was for me as well after my mother and then my father had passed. She seen how things went down between my brother and I. I can only imagine what will be happening with my cousins and their inheritance after their mother passes. I will still be here for her if she wants to talk.
