Setting the float level on a Zenith 32-NDIX carburetor

How do you adjust the float? I asssume my mog needs it. It is leaking fuel from the choke and top gasket even after changing them. I checked the float and float valve. Both are undamaged and new.

Remove a joint, or make it less thick
