I finally decided to start doing floral and event planning at home and even named the business after my Daddy...because he loved flowers...and he wanted me to have my own shop. I'm struggling with grieving. ..I have to be reminded he is gone because I am still in shock...and at a major risk of financial ruin. ..I want to make this shop work for my Daddy. I've been debating for a couple weeks now whether or not to let an extremely toxic person go, and you helped me reach my decision. My ex husband also raped me and I was brave enough to take his ass down and get him in jail, It was a grueling court battle! My fiance who I was with for 7 years was sleeping with his ex after we bought our house. I found out in June and we were supposed to get married in October. This is the hardest thing I've ever done canceling the wedding and moving him out of (now my) house.. He was the only person I've ever been with since high school so I dont even know how to be single. But I will be stronger, just wanted to put this out there cuz of what you were saying. I can relate so much, hearing Laura talk about toxic people, i sadly had to cut my dad out of my life because he was making me feel but also my mum and sister feel like we were not worth it and just treating us so badly. And it took me years but i finally was able to cut him out of my life. The stress and pain that he was bringing was no good and my body couldn't take it anymore, and mentally I couldn't take it anymore. And now that he is out of my life I feel much better, I am happier, it feels like I can breath again and there is such a big part of the stress gone now. And it wasn't easy, i mean it wasn't like just a friend, it was my dad. But I am glad that i did it.
If there is somebody in your life who makes you feel bad, cut them out. As hard as it is, i understand, but in the end it is the best.
Nobody should make you feel bad about yourself. Because you are worth it, no matter what they say.

Kaitlin Oliver I'm so happy this motivated you I'm a single mom I have 2 kids they are 7 and 11 and I get no support I am dad as well and it is possible I found my passion mentoring women in crisis because I've had a traumatic background from a past relationship and I turned those horrible things into such a blessing and I am working on my bachelor's degree in social work and have been on the Dean's List when I was a teenager I was failing all of my classes and I hated school but just keep moving forward and you will be blessed anything is possible just remember that I've struggled with depression and anxiety to and the people you surround yourself with let them help you we all need help every now and that's what gets me through and my faith but you can do it girl from one single mom to another I completely get you and believe in you!!!♡

Your speech about toxic people made me tear up because it's true, awhile back I always thought I wouldn't find better and I should just settle for what I have but then I realized I'm better and deserve better so after 5 years of being with the same guy I finally broke up with him.
Now I'm the happiest I've ever been, I'm dating a new man who treats me with the utmost respect and who genuinely cares for me. I've seen myself change as a person in a good way because I got rid of the toxic.

Yassss i agree about ppl being toxic. I am a recovering addict and ive been clean 2 1/2 yrs and i had to change my friends and im so happy i did. I am so much better off. I have replaced them with some amazing ppl who support me n everything.

I'm really glad you mentioned about toxic people and bad energy because my best friend who I have been friends with for nearly 3 years I let go recently we have had arguments in the past but we got through the, but other the last few months a lot of my other friends and even family have warned ,e about her and told me not be mates with her anymore as she just creates a lot of bad energy, she is always arguing and always causing arguments with me and other people and I realised that she is not a nice person and she drags me down all the time and the other day we had a big argument because I went out with other people that she didn't like because I asked her to go out with me and she didn't want me to and said some horrible things, I felt like she always blames other people but now that I've let her go I feel like there's something missing but I do feel free but I don't think their is any going back
I cannot stress enough how good it is to let toxic people go or if it's a family member just distance yourself. I went through the first 2 years of university with a very toxic "friend" who would constantly put me down, I was afraid that I'd be lonely in my last year. I finally got the courage and stopped talking to them and my grades shot up, my courage to speak to new people went up despite social anxiety, my last year became my happiest and I wish I had done it sooner.
I feel as though it might be foundation or setting spray! Cause you know how obsessed Laura is with her setting spray! But the way she was holding it it seemed bigger! Love you Laura and can't wait till you launch it!!❤️❤️❤️

Snack on hummus and veggies or apples and almond butter also raw nuts. I love cucumbers with tomato and avocado with lemon juice and salt and pepper too! Eat lots of lean protein and low glycemic carbs plus cut down on dairy. I started my weight loss journey in November and have lost 84 pounds since :) good luck laura!!! If you get hungry in between meals, always always always just drink a glass of water first. If youre still hungry after that, always opt for something not processed. Snacks i love are fruits or maybe veggie sticks like celery
I love these types of videos and you so so much. The advice you gave on negative people I needed because I have sadly negative family members in my life. I'm lucky to have amazing parents, but everybody on my moms side is so negative and hateful and mean to me and it hurts me. But this showed me that I don't need those people in my life at all. My heart melted when you said you did that fundraiser for St. Jude.. my son was treated there for acute lymphoblastic leukemia and that hospital truly is amazing. My son is now better thanks to them❤
