Nancy Burnett is a great actress, very expressive and natural. Beth has a lot of dignity to reject Eric, she is putting her health in priority and not being selfish like her daughter Brooke.

Sure she’s lovely in her own way but in comparison to Stephanie, she’s definitely "mousier". I think that was the point though, to have Beth not be as much of a knockout as Stephanie but still be able to compete. She represents the earthy warmth that someone so high in the stratosphere like a famous fashion designer would find appealing since it’s a complete change from the glamorous but cold world he’s used to (one he’s perpetuated of his own accord but that’s another story lol). Also, if you recall the actress that was playing Beth before, the blonde one, she looked so much like Brooke and you could tell from her gorgeous bone structure that even though they tried to dress her down and have her appear to be a mousy looking woman there was no way to hide her stunning looks that would’ve given Stephanie a real run for her money. To get the dynamic of the Stephanie-Eric-Beth triangle right they needed a Beth that wasn’t striking yet wholesome to create the difference.
Beth smiles so warmly, in Eric' s dream. Yooh, How sad , for your husband to sleep, next to you and dream of another woman 😢😢😭😭😭. Stephanie admits that the marriage is Not Fulfilling her.. Nancy Burnett is a very good actress. I feel she's grossly underrated. Obviously not in the Susan Flannery mould. No one is. But in my opinion,NB is very, very good
Beth Logan is selfish and she has no morals. Stephen Logan left his family because, he was jealous of the success Eric Forrester received through his wife father, and it's very sad how Eric Forrester don't believe in acknowledging how his success really unfolded!
