    Concentrated windshield washing fluid in a spray bottle is also working. Optimal solution is 70% concentration of alcohol diluted with water. Just don't lick your fingers after using it or you'd get a nasty taste in your mouth.
    At least I think that everyone watching here do learn quite a bit about the Heavy Haul operation. It looks like the trailers are just crudely put together but the reality is that there are a lot of finer details to take care of like getting the correct shims in the correct places.
    Stay safe and keep the rubber down!

    I am not a bolt expert. The bolts that were the original bolts were fine thread. The replacement bolts Warren used were a coarse thread. You may want to double check with the trailer manufacturer that the coarse threaded bolts meets the specification for the amount of weight you are carrying.

    • @HHTV60
      @HHTV60  4 года назад +2

      don't worry about it. make sure you wash your hands after typing. those bolts are Grade 8. they can take the weight.

    • @davidribeca1745
      @davidribeca1745 4 года назад +3

      #1 I was a fan until you insulted me for offering you advice on something I thought u might of missed. Sorry for trying to help someone I really liked!!!.
      #2 if you Google coarse and fine thread the fine comes up stronger. That's advice again I am sorry!
      #3 if you google teflon lock nuts .The lock nut with the teflon in it has a life span on how many times it can be removed and reinstalled. That's advice again I am sorry!
      #4 You modified your trailer with bolts that are not original equipment from manufacturer . So your trailer could possibly be out of compliance by the manufacturer.
      That's advice again, I am sorry!
      I guess that's what I get for being a nice guy and wanting to see someone I like succeed.

      David Ribeca I cant tell that those bolts are doing much more than holding the shims in place. The weight of the load and trailer are doing the rest of the work. Furthermore if those bolts are providing much more than that.....they would have to be MUCH bigger. 🤷‍♂️

    Why are you so far south in (Texas) to get to Las Vegas ? Wouldn't a more direct route be through Illinois, Nebraska, Colorado, etc. ? Regarding the glove issue, stop at a Harbor Freight store in the US or Princess Auto in Can. and pick up a couple of boxes of disposable rubber gloves (50 pairs per box) about 10 bucks US per box.

    You have to be cautious with the coronavirus. You could try bleach or vinegar with water for surface cleaning . Both have strong odor. Also you should keep WD40 and wire brush to spray on the bolts and nuts on your equipment. Get an electric tea pot that heats water. Be safe.

    Maybe you could get the coffee with their lids but then get rid of that lid, put the coffee in your mug with your lid, of which you know that it is clean before taking a sip. These lids and their initial packaging are generally safe, because otherwise they would spread a lot of illnesses, even in normal times - just think about winter, when everybody has the flu. Gloves make only sense if you can get rid of them before entering your truck again. Generally speaking I guess your operation is extremely safe, even when your infected (your age group does fine even with the virus and compared to others you are healthy and robust), since you don't go to visit your parents in an elderly home every day - the boys and girls you are working with are all not in a high risk group and you are almost doing a perfect social distancing (at least in your videos).

    I'd look at getting a proper power inverter and wire it direct to the battery with it's own fuse. 1500w inverter an a 700w stove-top/ microwave, 12v coffee pot, an you could cook v.s. eating out (camping, but cooler). I'm not fond of the car-outlet's for much of anything, apart from maybe a cigarette-lighter. lol
    Being that it's YOUR truck, you get to modify it to fit your needs. If you need better charging ports... ehh, why not. :P

    The reason only 15,000 people have been tested in the United States is because the FDA hadn't authorized the use of test kits from several of the pharmaceutical companies. The FDA is often the road block to progress because they want everything double-blind tested before approval, side effects cataloged, etc. However, the FDA has just authorized "emergency use" status for the test kits. As an example, ONE pharmaceutical company, Roche, has 400,000 test kits being shipped this weekend. Target, Walmart, Walgreens, CVS will start providing "drive thru" testing in their parking lots. We also have organizations like the Cleveland Clinic that has just released a "rapid result" test kit that provides test results in 8 hours. That test kit is going into production by one of the pharmaceutical companies with an expected output of 1.5 million kits per month.

    Hi Colonel Sergei, sorry to disagree with you on the "free" health care system but waht I have to say is don't believe everything you hear or see in the news. Most news agency in the world will tell you that "free" Healthcare systems are the best because they are politicizing it wich they shouldn't be doing. "free" Healthcare systems are bad and I say this because we in Portugal also have it and we always have to hope for the best. You have to wait hours to get attended, hospitals are always clogged up, conditions aren't the best, the only thing you can rely is the good professionalism of the personal that works in these places. I'll give an example, on the United States, democrats are already taking advantage of the COVID-19 to try to make Donald Trump look bad, wich is a very bad thing to do. Safe travels

      Healthcare in Canada is a non-profit service for all Canadians. Healthcare in the U.S. is designed to make a profit for private hospitals, insurance companies and out of control pharmacies. ( Check U.S. vs. Canadian drug prices.) Our per person healthcare costs are half of U.S. and everyone is covered for nearly everything. That's why they think universal healthcare is the way to go.
      I've had angioplasty, quadruple bypass surgery and numerous expensive tests. Out of pocket expenses: $0.

    US health care is the best money can buy, if you can afford it.
    In Aust. We have a semi socialist health care, Some is paid for by your taxes, Some by Private Health Insurance. The basics you get for free, Elective If you need is covered by insurance.
    More importantly if it is really serious, you get priority as a matter of course, no waiting.
